Mar 31, 2009· Dear Sir, In my opinion a brush type cleaner is the correct product when looking to keep Chevron Belts clean. Our ASGCO Chevron belt cleaner system has been successful in applications carrying Agg, Fertiliser, wood chip to mention a few.

For optimal cleaning and reduced blade retensioning, the cleaner blade width should be sized to fi t the material path of the belt. The material path is typically the center 2/3 of the belt width.
